"INSIDEPIDP"
My Journey, Learnings and Experiences...
Are educators the most difficult learners? In this blog I am the subject of my own research. I want to analyze myself, my posts and thoughts about being a teacher and how they change at each step with each course I take in the PIDP And I just hope I stay an unbiased, critical analyzer of my own learning.

The Provincial Instructor Diploma Program (PIDP) is an eight-course program offered by the School of Instructor Education at Vancouver Community College, It equips learners with skills required to teach and train adult learners in any setting. The course specially talks about the need and motivations that are effective in training the adult learner.
I like to call it a training to teach the 'learned' learner and to inspire him/her to be a lifelong learner and enjoy learning.
The eight courses taught through this program are:
1. Foundations of Adult Education (3100)
2. Curriculum Development (3210)
3. Delivery of Instruction (3220)
4. Evaluation of Learning (3230)
5. Media Enhanced Learning (3240)
6. Instructional Strategies (3250)
7. Professional Practice (3260)
8. Capstone Project (3270)
