"INSIDEPIDP"
My Journey, Learnings and Experiences...
Are educators the most difficult learners? In this blog I am the subject of my own research. I want to analyze myself, my posts and thoughts about being a teacher and how they change at each step with each course I take in the PIDP And I just hope I stay an unbiased, critical analyzer of my own learning.

PIDP 3250-Instructional Strategies
Educator: Doug Mauger
February 2015- Online Class
"Instructional strategies are techniques teachers use to help students become independent, strategic learners."
This is the first PIDP I started with. Though it is highly recommended to start with PIDP 3100 first and then move towards other courses but due to paucity of time and some other personal reasons I started with this course first and trust me it was intimidating initially. With no knowledge about the course concepts, I had to mainly rely on my own experience to start with the courses. But eventually I believe I dived into it completely.
When we decide to move beyond theory and start thinking of ways of implementing theory and imagining the hurdles that come in that pragmatic endeavour that is the time I believe that we are learning and I think I did learn a lot in this course.

Would teachers want to hear this about what you teach?
Well! I guess its all about deciding the right strategy.
